At TST E-Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence and offer a 30-day return policy for all our high-performance electric bikes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the E-Bike
Ensure the bike is in its original condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer and securely pack it in the original factory packaging to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional freight pickup for larger models.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
